It all started with a love of reading. Books, and the engrossing stories, characters, and places contained within their pages, have provided me enjoyment and inspiration for as long as I can remember. My favorite genre is the mystery, and I try to write books that I would have loved to discover and read myself. Perhaps some of you will feel the same. Happy reading!

Sleuth of Bears
Yoga instructor Lily Piper is feeling a little blah. She wants to rekindle her sense of passion and maybe make a few friends but doesn’t know where to start. The discovery of a suspicious death might be just the ticket. A set of engaging characters and a quirky plot with an unusual twist make this murder mystery difficult to put down.

A Slaughter of Iguanas
When a body turns up at a triathlon, everyone assumes it was an unfortunate accident—it’s not. It’s murder, and things are about to get a lot worse. Lily Piper and the Eye of Horus yoga studio crew are back, looking into a mystery that hits a little too close to home.

THE EYE OF HORUS MYSTERIES

ENTERTAINING – THOUGHT PROVOKING – UPLIFTING

I want to present quirky, surprising plots held together by a robust set of characters that evolve over time, and, beyond that, use the backdrop of a detective story as a means to examine more profound philosophical concepts
